Brittney Kelley Handbag Collection wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return any unused item in its original condition within 14 days. 


Refunds: We will refund the price of the purchase minus shipping charges, typically within 48 hours of receipt of the returned item. Exchanges: Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new order at no additional shipping cost .
